The Headquarters

There will only be eleven owners of individual parcels on the 7,000-acre Greenwood Canyon Ranch. Of the eleven parcels, there are seven parcels remaining. Each owner of property has an undivided interest in the "Headquarters" facility as an extra perk to ownership on this ranch. Completed in 2002, this 6,000 square foot building houses a common social gathering place for owners complete with a huge beam-ceiling living room with a stone fireplace, a complete kitchen, a game room, a shop complete with tools, a tack room for the horse equipment and a separate apartment for the full-time caretaker. Upstairs there are sleeping and restroom accommodations for eight people. This is a free "hotel" for extra guests or your place to stay if your home is not completed yet.
